1. Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to taptapf.com and Taptapfun, the adult AI chat and companion services operated by GrayScread Kft(the "Services"), including text chat, character experiences, Premium subscriptions, and token packs.
By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy.
Minimum age requirement: 18 years. The Services are adults-only. You may not use them if you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live).
Continued use is a binding agreement. If you do not agree, stop using the Services immediately.
All story and chat content is AI-generated fiction for entertainment only. It is not professional, medical, legal, or relationship advice.
2. Accounts
Some features may require a sign-in. You are responsible for activity on your account and must not share access. We may restrict or terminate access if we suspect misuse.
3. Subscriptions and financial terms
We may offer digital products including:
- Premium subscriptions (unlimited chat, monthly tokens, all characters, extra token packs)
- Token packs for extra chat and related features
Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. You authorize recurring charges for the plan you choose. You can cancel anytime; you keep Premium until the end of the current billing period, then your account returns to the Free tier. Token balances already granted are not removed on cancel.
Virtual purchases are final except where the law requires otherwise. You warrant that payment details are accurate. We may cancel suspicious transactions. Bank statements are billed discreetly as GrayScread Kft.
4. Promotional offers
Limited-time codes, discounts, and campaigns:
- Are non-transferable
- May expire without notice
- Have no cash value
- May be revoked for misuse
5. Refund policy
Because these are digital goods, all sales are final. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period, unless a mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
6. Data practices
We collect limited technical and usage data — device information, network data, interaction patterns, and purchase state — to operate and improve the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Technology notice
The Services may use analytics, AI processing, and payment tools that rely on cookies or similar storage. You can manage these in your browser or device settings.
8. Acceptable use and prohibited content

- Use the Services for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes
- Create or share any content involving minors (zero tolerance)
- Create celebrity deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), revenge porn, or voyeurism content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt AI systems
- Use automated tools to access or overload the Services

9. Complaints and takedown
Report suspected illegal content or policy violations by email to kachubchan@gmail.com with Report or Complaint in the subject, or via the Contact Us page. Include URLs, character names, dates, and a short description where you can.
After we receive a complete complaint, we review it and reply with an outcome within seven (7) business days. Outcomes may include removal, limits, warnings, account suspension, or reports to authorities where required.
Depicted-person removal: a person depicted in generated content (or their authorized agent) may request removal by writing to kachubchan@gmail.com with identity, relationship, and enough detail to find the content. We review complete requests within seven (7) business days.
10. 18 U.S.C. § 2257
Visual depictions on the Services are AI-generated fictional content. They do not depict real people engaged in sexually explicit conduct. We claim the record-keeping exemption under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Full statement: 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Exemption Statement.
11. Ownership and DMCA
GrayScread Kft and taptapf.com retain exclusive rights to creative assets, software, characters, UI, and other Service materials. You may not copy, modify, or commercially exploit them without permission.
Copyright notices follow our DMCA Policy.
12. Service modifications
We may update the Services, prices, features, or these Terms with reasonable notice. Using the Services after a change means you accept the update.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are for entertainment and companionship. AI replies are not professional advice. To the fullest extent allowed by law, GrayScread Kft and taptapf.com are not liable for damages arising from use of the Services.
14. Force majeure
We are not liable for disruptions beyond reasonable control (infrastructure failures, natural events, payment-processor outages).
15. Governing law
To meet different customer groups, these Terms may follow:
- UK-based customers: laws of the United Kingdom
- APAC customers: laws of Japan
Mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country still apply where they cannot be waived.
